Parking
We offer limited off-street parking for one car per room. The drive to our parking area is short but narrow (2 meters) and steep. We also have free on-street parking permits available for guests with vans or larger cars.

Important Considerations

• Children: We cannot accommodate children under 12 years of age.
• Accessibility: Our location is at the top of a hill, which makes it unsuitable for guests with disabilities or mobility issues.

Before You Arrive

Dietary Requirements
We do our best to accommodate all dietary needs. Please notify us of any allergies or special requirements as soon as you book so we can prepare the best possible breakfast for you.

Cyclists
If you need a secure place to store your bicycles, we can provide indoor storage with advanced notice.

Payment & Cancellations

• Payment: Full payment is required at least three days before your arrival.
• Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 72 hours before your booked date will be charged the full rate unless we are able to re-let the room.

We kindly ask that all guests respect our property and other guests. The Poplars is a quiet, private residence, and we expect guests to act accordingly. Please be aware of the following:

• No Smoking: Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the house. Please dispose of any cigarette butts responsibly outside.
• Respectful Conduct: Guests booking with the sole purpose of going into town to get drunk will be turned away.
• Property Care: Please take care of our property and its contents. While accidents happen, guests may be charged for any avoidable damages. We are not responsible for any damage to or loss of your personal belongings or vehicles.
