Martin and Heike,
Hi guys,
Just a quick note to say thank you very much for the great stay this weekend gone.
Me and Katie felt at home at your B&B and couldn’t have asked for more.
little note for the visitors book which we forgot to fill in:
A fantastic place to stay when visiting Lincoln!
Facilities were brilliant, the hospitality and location made for a brilliant stay all round. Very well priced and well recommended for any stay in Lincoln City Centre. We shall definitely be staying again soon.
Thanks again,
Alex and Katie,
dear martin and heike,
yesterday we didn't have the chance to say goodbye and to say thank you for your hospitality.
we all loved to be at your house and we all loved the service. it was everything very nice.
your house is in a place very quiet to relax and sleep and very central on town. the house's warm temperature was very comfortable and all was very clean and tidy.
thank you for let us use your kitchen to warm up the milk in the morning and all the food available for breakfast.
we hope that we didn't made any disturbance while being there, but if it so, please let us know to not repeat.
we hope to see you someday again, and if we return to lincoln, we'll not forget you for sure
thank you for all once again and best regards.
marco and family :)

The owner's friendliness and helpfulness. Fresh milk. Delicious hot shower. Superb central location. True value for money. A very pleasant 'naturalness'"

Fantastic city centre location with Lincoln Cathedral 2 minutes away. Comfortable room with excellent downie. Relaxed and informal atmosphere. No fuss." paul johnson, haddington (GB). 2010-10-05
"
This hotel was within walking distance of the castle/cathederal as well as several restaurants/pubs. The hotel comprised of two victorian semis that are being refurbished with modern bathrooms and traditional bedrooms. Tea/coffee making in the bedroom - had to ask for a hairdryer. The bed was very comfy and the room had a spectacular view down the hill and across the City. Breakfast was a help-yourself continental-style downstairs offering juices, tea, coffee, yoghurts & toast. Perfectly acceptable. Beware if taking a car, the driveway is very narrow and steep - my 5 series had literally an inch spare either side." Fiona Bradley, Wainfleet (GB). 2010-09-28
Note Hairdryers are now in all rooms plus Iron and Ironing board available on request
"
This is one bed & breakfast that we will most definately be visiting again. The hospitality and fuss made for us to ensure everything was to our needs, was excellent. The price too was excellent. The room at the front is a must to ask for as you can visably see a great view down onto the hussle and bussle of the Lincolnshire life going on in front of you while you relax indoors. Also the new installed bathroom and shower suite was gorgeous which meant showering in luxury was a pleasure. Thank you again for a memorable stay. 1 bit of advice would be to have a little guest book upon our stay as we would of most definately liked to have left our mark". "
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The staff were always very willing to help us. What suprsised us most was the lovely mixture of old and new: this place manages to remain charming while supplying all the modern facilities you could want. The internet was fast and reliable, which allowed us to keep in touch with everything that was happening at home."
