Hi we,re Martin and Heike,
We took a year out from photography and teaching to travel the world staying in all kinds of accommodation.
After inviting hardened travellers we had met to stay and having them wow over our location and Lincoln we decided to create a B&B which we would like to stay in, this basically is our philosophy. Good value for money, Clean, Comfortable,Quiet, Good quality no chintz (well not much).
We do enjoy meeting our guests and giving local advice and tips when needed otherwise we leave you alone to enjoy your stay, we have a just leave the keys in the room and close the door behind you policy.
We have grown from two to six rooms and Hayden has joined us to meet and greet and settle you in and help with the housekeeping and day to day.
